We like to ensure that at all stages of our advice, our clients know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and how it benefits them as well as what the cost is. We ensure that we are on the same page about what will or will not be included and exactly what the costs are before we proceed to providing advice.
Taking the time to EDUCATE our clients about the WHY we are saying this or doing that and HOW it will benefit them is a large part of what we do. Some clients like us to go into great technical details of the strategies, but some prefer just to understand the reasoning and purpose and how it meets their goals and objectives. We believe that the more a client understands our strategy, and the benefits to them, the more likely they are to have peace of mind, and sleep at night. As well as more likely to share their experience with their friends and colleagues, and refer to us.
